The motel offered affordable prices for a long stay and the proprietors were very helpful. The location was convenient as it was close to public transport and there was a lovely park nearby.
The stairs from the front door to the reception made it difficult for someone with back and shoulder issues. there was some traffic noise outside, but it did not bother me personally.

It had all I needed except a small container of milk for tea in the morning.
Entrance and hallway were of a much poorer standard than the room itself

The room was well equipped with a fridge and a flat screen TV which provided a comfortable stay during the Christmas holidays. the Thai restaurant next door provided delicious food and the location across from a park added a scenic touch to the stay.
Although the location was close to the city center, the service was less than adequate. the 24 hour reception was not present and the DVD rentals were inaccessible.

There was a 24hr check-in, which I needed when I arrived at 11.00pm Being on the edge of the cbd, it meant that I was within 30minutes walk of most places in town. Room was comfortable with Digital tv.
Wi-fi was offered, but did not reach my room.... Luckily I could sit in the lobby area with my laptop & work.

The location of this motel is convenient and easy to find, with helpful staff. the rooms are clean and well-appointed, with a cosy and warm atmosphere. the shared verandah area overlooking the park is a nice spot to enjoy a morning cuppa. There is also a Thai restaurant nearby, making dining options convenient.
The water temperatures in the shower can be difficult to set, and there is a need for caution with a step into the bathroom.

Clean and all we needed for a short one night stay. Handy to have restaurants and parking adjacent.

Location, convenience
The airconditioner in room 43 does not work, and runs very loudly - this made the room quite uncomfortable to try to sleep in.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lady who assisted us went above and beyond to resolve any issues. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with no problems in terms of cleanliness. It is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city and visit various attractions. The hotel is close to a lovely park, and there is a free tram nearby that takes you to the hospital, Victoria Markets, and Rundle Mall. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe throughout my stay.
Nothing not to love.
